A mandatory $50 fee is required per selected participant.
• All models will receive 10 tickets for the show to sale or pay. mandatory. Ticket cost $45.00 (tickets at door will cost $60)
(no return tickets will be accepted under any circumstances, because a percentage of the proceeds from these tickets will be donated to the organization of our choice)
• Hair and Make up, outfits to model, will be provided for the Organization.
• All models will have to attend modeling classes at Francisco Adame Dance Arts, & Modeling Academy (FADAMA) 3302 W. Thomas Rd. suite 5-6 Phoenix Az 85017 Tel. (623) 570-0044 and 602-295-2484 times will vary.
